trying to register my new printer on the canon website

Buy again??/ would you purchase a Canon pixma mx490 if you had it to do all over again?
The instructions are incomplete that come with the printer. The website doesn't give you a phone number for help. I called Best Buy and got a phone number for someone who barely spoke English who will have someone else call me back to help with set up. A complete manual in the box when you buy product would solve this.

having trouble working the canon image gateway
I have a pixma Mx922 canon. It will print using the gateway but it is blank. How do I get only to image to print out using the canon image gateway? Do I need a Canon camera also? I try using my iphone, the printer itself, and the desktop but it just print out white. The printer does prints photo using the other web serices on the printer. It prints out photo using Airprint for the iphone. It prints out using the google cloud on the desktop. I just can not get the canon image gateway to work.

Trying to connect my MX922 to my MAC by USB cable but can't get it to connect.
We have satellite internet and when using a router it slows the download speed to a crawl. I am trying to connect my MX922 to my MAC now by USB cable, but I can't get it to print. I need specific step-by-step instructions on how to make this work.

MX492 - need help w/ scan. Quit scanning. Uninstalled, reinstalled, still no luck. Any suggestions?
I have had this printer for a couple of years without any problems. About two weeks ago, it stopped scanning with a message that the printer was not connected to the computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with a direct software download from the Canon site. It now prints and copies, but still won't scan. Any ideas from anyone? I really need the scan function.

Support 1300 keeps popping up. Need help with track marks from roller wheels.
I have the Canon MG6620 that I use to print out images on frosting sheets using Edible Ink.
The first problem I have is the little track marks that keep appearing on my sheets from the rollers.
I have done all the cleaning that the printer has to offer...would love another option.
Secondly, after I print out a sheet, I keep getting the support 1300 out of paper alert.
My settings have not changed...the paper size and type have not changed. I don't know what to do to stop that from alerting me.

PIXMA MP198 Solution Menu Problem
I'm using PIXMA MP198 printer and my laptop is currently running on Windows 10 (64-bit). Somehow, after I reinstall the driver and the solution menu, the solution menu does not work. The solution menu just show a blank page and no clickable buttton.
Is there any solution for this?

Pixma MX432 - No scanner after Windows 10 upgrade
And Canon support apparently doesn't have a solution.
I did all they suggested: Power down printer, uninstall drivers, reboot PC, download drivers and re-install / follow all instructions.
Nothing works. I can Print, but there is no way to use the scanner.
Anyone been here and done this already?

PIXMA MG 7120 will not print graphics
Good evening.
My MG7120 has been great - until the last few weeks. It will not print graphics, photos, or coupons - it will only print text. Powering down, unplugging, and restarting does not help. The printer will hang for a bit, then eventually will spit out a paper with maybe 1" of printing and the remainder is a blank page.
Using Windows 10. Any ideas?
