I bought a new Pixma MX492 and a new imac with El Capitan ver 10.11.4. I set up the printer wirelessly and managed to print from the imac and also airprint from ipad. But the printer keeps going offline, both on the imac and ipad (get message "no airprint printers found") and after I turn the printer off and back on again it will print but then will go offline again. Help!

Toner ink running out very quickly
I've had a MG6650 for a couple of months. The PGBK toner cartridge seems to run out very quickly. When I go to replace it, it looks like only half of the ink has actually been used. The cartridge is made up of 2 compartments, and only one is empty. What's going on?

How do I get my Canon Pixma MG2922 to center photos on the paper?
I've tried changing the settings all different ways, but it always leaves a margin on one end as if it's printing a letter instead of a photo. I just printed a landscape photo and it's almost all the way to the left instead of in the center. Portrait-oriented photos are almost all the way at the top. It shows it this way in the print preview as well. I've had the printer since December and I have not been able to solve this problem. Thanks

PIXMA MX522 Scanner isn't working
I have a PIXMA MX522 printer/scanner. The scanner stopped working. My computer is a MacBook Pro. I recently upgraded to OS X El Capitan. The scanner worked once and then has stopped. "My image garden" was where my previous scanned documents came up. Now it prompts me to select scanner on Canon IJ Network Scanner Selector EX but doesn't allow me to choose the MX520 series.

I am using a mac laptop with OS X Yosemite 10.10.5.
The "my image garden" will NOT allow me to save photographs as "JPEG"s and, instead gives me a "?". I know the printer is set up correctly because it will save documents as pdf no problem and it will save photos as pdf...but NOT as "jpeg". i have tried various changes...to no affect.
what changes do i ned to make to my settings (on scanner or "my image garden").
any help is appreciated.

Canon Pixma MG3520 printing wavy
My one month old MG3520 decided to pull in about 15+ pages at once. After removing them, the printer now prints in a wavy fashion. The lines all wave horizontally in a downward direction. Is there a fix or did it get damaged with the multiple paper feed?

This just happened after updating my mac to OS El Capitan. It will print jpgs and other documents. I didn't have this problem with Yosemite. How do I resync Photoshop with the printer? I have CC 2014

Canon MX330 that is giving a paper output slot jam error.

PIXMA MG2922 grayscale printing in Chromebook
This is not a problem with my Canon printer - but figured I'd ask here anyway.
Have a Samsung Chromebook and a MG2922. Just got the cloud printing working yesterday thanks to help on this forum.
Now I want to print only in grayscale - and can find no option for it in the Chromebook printer setup.
Solutions online reference a tab in the printer setup that I don't seem to have (must have a different version Chromebook)

I have tried cleaning, deep cleaning, removing the printer head and cleaned that twice, replaced the printer head with brand new one and still doesn't work. Time to get a new printer?

I installed the CANON print service app but can't get it to print from internet. Printing a document is no problem.

HELP! I have the Canon MX870 and only use genuine Canon ink. Error Msg not recognizing ink
This is SO F'n irritating.
I have the Canon MX870 and ONLY use genuine Canon ink. I keep getting an error message that the smaller ink cartridge 221 (on left most position) is not recognized. WTH. I only have one printer. Any help would be most appreciated. Oh yeah, I tried turning the printer off and then on, then left it off for 10 minutes. Still no luck.... The error message is U043.

Low ink fault after replacement of new cartridge
I replaced the ink cartridges and the printer still say ink low. I tried searching the internet and followed every single solution available I could find multiple times to no avail. Please can someone tell me howdo I get this printer to function properly. this warning makes it take 10 minutes for each document to start printing. counting deleting the printer queue and resetting the printer multiple times. I am about to throw this thing off a roof, it is annoying me so much I just may never buy a canon again. way to frustrating

Stickers - PIXMA MG7720
How do I print stickers? I just recently purchased the MG7720 and am trying to to printout stickers. However, when doing so it only prints from the 4x6 photo paper. Can the sticker sheet be printed from another paper size?

Mx880 Printer/scanner does not recognize my computer when trying to scan using wireless network
I can open the MP Navigator and click scan from there and it will import whatever has been scanned. However, when trying to scan using a wireless connection from the printer/scanner, it does not see my computer on the network. USB is my only option.
I think I may have done this to myself. It used to work but I turned off a bunch of items in my start up. I don't remember what I need to turn back on so that the printer will see my computer on the wireless network again. If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
