MG2922 Error light
The error light will not go off and therefore nothing will print. When unplugged and plugged back in the light immediately comes on and stays on. The green ON light will come on if the button is pressed but it won’t turn off with the power button. I’ve tried holding down stop and nothing happens. Any feedback? I need this working ASAP for work.
All of the troubleshooting I have seen is for blinking lights and error codes. I don’t have that.

Software with new Canon printer not working.....
My MG3620 took a dump on me last night (Code B203)
After hours of searching what the problem was and reading countless posts of people saying it's not worth trying to fix, I gave in and just picked up another printer at Wally World
Got a TS3122 and splurged for the $3 extended warranty plan
Anyways, I fired it up, loaded the ink cartidges, filled it with paper and downloaded the software
But when I tried to open the software, I got a pop up that said "this program cannot be used with the current operating system" 
Tried opening the same software using the CD-ROM provided, but got the same pop up.
I'm running Windows 8 on my Laptop
Never had a problem like this with my MG3620 as it always connected.
Am I doing sumthin wrong?

Canon MG5700 printer - will print but not scan
Cannot communicate with scanner for these reasons:
- Scanner is turned off.
- USB cable is disconnected.
My printer is swtiched on - have tried turning it on and off several times - and the USB port is connected - have tried connecting and reconnecting it several times.. I am able to print documents, but keep getting the above message whem I try to scan.
The scanner has worked before - so not sure what is going on. Please help. iMac OS X Yosemite.

MG6120 not printing PGBK black
Problem with a MG6120. It will not print a black document (typical text document).
The test page prints fine with the exception of the top PGBK section. The PGBK and the grid to the right of the letters does not show up at all.
I have cleaned the nozzles (multiple times)
I have deep cleaned the nozzles (multiple times)
I have re-seated all the cartridges.
I have replaced the C225 cartridge (twice). All the other colors are not empty and seem to print fine.
I have downloaded and reinstalled the latest drivers
I have re-seated the printhead
I have realigned the printhead
Still no black.
I can force the printer to print black by changing the setting to photo, but from what I have read, it prints off of the small black cartridge, not the larger one.
In searching this forum, and the knowledgebase, all the problems seem to end with contact support, but no solution is provided.
Can someone share the secret?

pixma tr7520 printer .... 'ending please wait momentarily'
after sitting idle for a while, the display says 'ending, please wait momentarily'. the printer is frozen and will not respond to anything. the only solution is to pull the plug and restart
problem started over a month ago. at first it did this occasionally but now it happens 3 times a day or more.
the printer is about a year old. i am running mac os 10.14.2 on a desktop imac.
i am hoping there is a permanent solution instead of needing to power the printer down and restart several times a day?

Pixma mx922 I cant print a photo from bottom tray
Every Time I try to print a photo or something saved as a photo type file, it automatically tries to print from the upper cassette. There seem to be no way to choose the lower cassette. This is so frustrating. Does anyone know how to tell the unit which tray to use?

Error 2101 - MG3520 prints scanned card on upper left corner but not on lower left corner
Hi,
My MG3520 prints a scanned card from the upper left corner of the scanner (near ARROW) but not on the lower left corner (near the A4 marker) (black & white)
I've tried all possible Utilities via network, updated its firmware to 1.1 but the only thing that solves this Support Code 2101 is to disable 'Detect Paper Width'.
This didn't use to happen before; I've had it for at least 3 years, and it's in good condition, performing all other tasks as expected.
Please assist.

Pixima MG 5220 Non Responsive - Dead?
Have been having difficulty keeping network connection with printer despite driver re install (worked for a while but soon failed again).
Now printer will not turn on at all.
We had a Power failure after new years but unit was OFF.
Wonder if a power surge when lights came back on might have effected it, but cannot find any re set button anywhere.
About to go buy a replacement and junk this Canon. Too bad, as it used to work pretty well.
Is there any way to re set or repair this unit without putting the colst of a new one into it?
Just bought a bunch of new ink ctgs which may be wasted. NOT happy!

canon mx920 printer wont turn on
My MX920 printer will not turm on. I have unplugged it, removed the cord, let it sit unplugged overnight. It still will not turn on. It is plugged into a wall outlet. My laptop is a HP Omen with windows 10. I did receive an error message but I am not sure what it was. It printed 2 documents, then turrned off. Now it will not turn back on.

TM-305 - Custom paper size / roller margin workaround???!
Hello all, 1st post, be gentle pls & thx 
1stly, thx for reading my post. I am after a workaround for this seemingly simple problem, how to I get to a landscape letter paper size, so when I feed in a cut sheet of 8.5x11 in a landscape fashion, it will maximize my top to btm printing on my print?
To clarify, I need 10.75" image to fit on an 11" photo paper (to fit my frame). But because of the roller, I need to be able to feed the paper into the printer in a landscape fashion, so the roller is on the left side of the image, squeezing space on the side instead of top & bottom. The margin space for the roller shows up in the print preview (seemingly 20mm). Alas there is no landscape letter standard size. Anyone know of a work around? I've tried making a 11" x 8.5" custom size, but the canon software will not allow...which just plainly is shooting me in the foot. All I need is a Landscape Letter standard size! Is that too much to ask for? Seemingly that is the case right now... UGH!

Can't scan in every Mac OS X account
Using Mojave (10.14.2) on a 2017 iMac with a TS8220, I am unable to scan from every user account, even though I installed the printer with the admin user account and can successfully ping the printer on the network from each account. I get the following error message. Any idea what the fix might be?

Re: Canon MG5700 printer -printing words with a double shadow.
My printer has suddlenly started pringting some words wiht a shadow. Only now and then (it is random) in a single document! Do the heads need cleaning?

print head/printing issues
canon pixma mg8220: not printing correctly, cleaned the heads multiple times both regular and deep clean, still streaking/missing, took print head out & cleaned out the jets via watching youtube videos on how to: still didnt work, ordered a brand new print head, and it's still doing the same thing !
I love my printer... dont know what else to do, it wastes a TON of ink to run the cleaning.
i am running on Mac os mojave version 10.14.2
does anyone have any suggestions?

Firmware update error
hi team im having issues with scanning to my laptop. when i open and select scan i get an error saying
Cannot Communicate with the scanner these these reasons:... and they talk about the internet... i have verified it is connected to my wifi.
i am running windows 7 x64. when i try to update my firmware i get the following error... "Can not connect to the server"

Am I having a serious 'blonde moment'
?? I am somewhat savy with computers, printers and deciphering manuals, but this I cannot figure out.
Purchased printer in December 2018. No issues. Working 5by5.
Laptop running windows 7 (64) Printing wirelessly from Microsoft Word 2010
Suddenly in the last 3 days it got possessed!
It prints 1 copy as I asked, waits few minutes, prints another copy, waits 3-5 minutes again and prints a 3rd copy.!
I have checked ALL preferences, settings, Admin settings, ran diagnostics.......???? ALL CHECK OK.
Who do I call???? Ancient Alien Astronauts? I cannot find an answer on line!

Replacement inks for discontinued Canon MP988 printer?
Hello. I am hoping someone here can assist me in where I might purchase replacement inks for my printer. I have been unable to discover which inks to buy for my discontinued Canon printer MP-988. I purchased this printer in Singapore, and as it still works wonderfully well. But I have been unable to find any of the CLI-821 gray cartridges for it, and rarely do I find the other colors either here in the USA or in Singapore: PGI-820 black, CLI-821C Cyan, CLI-821M Magenta, CLI-821Y yellow, and CLI-821BK black. If anyone here can guide me in this, my thanks to you!
