I followed the manual and on-site started download process, states my scanner/printer cannot be used with the current operating system.
Outrageous. How would i fix this problem before i chunk this pos out the door. Already got rid of the box it came in otherwise i would take it back to the store without a second try. 
Printer/Scanner Pixma TS3122 but on printer states TS3100. 
computer Windows Vista downloaded Windows 7

I've e-mailed about my Cannon Printer/Copier/Scanner PIXMA MG 2922 craping out this AM.

This unit arrived on 6/29/2016 under S/N KKGK[remainder of serial number removed to protect privacy].

Please advise immediately as we are going Overseas on Jan 14 thro' Feb 21st.

Image Garden not working

Been using IG for a couple years w/o problems. Now it won't do anything with scanner. The page opens up but will not do any of the tasks. Cannon MG3522 and running Windows 10. ASUS laptop.

1259 errror code

Just bought a Pixma ts8220 printer yesterday.  today trying to set it up and got as far as taking out the paper tray to load paper.  Had tray in my hand and error code 1259 won't clear.  I can't see any packing material or other obstruction and tried to OK it again and it won't clear.

Just figured it out.  It was my error.  Just found paper output try. 

MG5750 Printing blank pages

I have just bought an MG5750 printer (this morning) & installed as per instructions using the CD.   When I try to print a document it just throws out a blank sheet of paper and the print queue just shows the document as 'printing' but never does.  If I leave it then it throws up an error message because the printer has taken too long. The only way to clear the print queue is to delete the document from the list. There is a permanent message on the printer screen saying 'Processing ... please wait momentarily'. During which it sounds like it is just repeatedly cleaning the heads.

Copying a document is fine. It just won't print any documents.  Printer shows 'online' via wifi (Laptop & printer are close to the router). I've also tried intalling the printer using a cable with the same result. 

I've uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it but with no effect. Printing from a smartphone using Canon Print app also won't work, the printer screen says 'Printing' then changes to 'Processing ... please wait momentarily' - forever!

I've bought this printer to work over wifi with a laptop and smartphone & it does neither!

The reason i bought this machine over another epson which was awesome by the way..... was because customer support was in USA. To read the thread on your post and see the customer service agent said your maching is not supported and referred you overseas where you did not get a repsonse is crazy. CANON this is my first CANON printer! DID YOU READ THE SOLUTION THIS USER HAD TO GO THROUGH? You should be compensating them for their time and sending them a better product. I'll get in line behind them. I purchased a TS9520 and it prints a test page only to render itself immediately invisible

during the printing procss from any other application including another print test page.

I have a canon pixma mg2522 am running win 8.1 and tonight I could not use my Scanner it gave no error code all it said was Printer is in use but there is nothing in the que. Please help, as I need to scan documents to fax them. I already checked to see if  the plugs were loose but they are not. it shows the printer is there, I am out of ink right now but that is the only issue. I checked to also see if I needed new Drivers and they are all up to Date. Thank you for any help!


Pixma G3200- No Red Showing up

Just purchased a brand new Pixma G3200, got it set up.. it printed a few papers perfectly.. then all of sudden.. the colors started fading out.. after a few more prints.. now it will not print red and all the other colors are extremely faded. The black is fine.  I have tried cleaning.. it does not help and when I print a test sheet... there is no red showing at all on either of the two lines there should be red. How do I fix this?   TIA 

burry every 2 lines of text

I have a Canon MX725 printer which was working fine until last week.

it started printing burry every 2 lines of all text documents. I then thought to perform a clean by following the software instructions and it still happens.

i then purchased new paper, still not the problem. so i brought more ink and it still not solved the problem.

i've checked for driver updates, uninstalled and re-installed but problem still there.

I have an MG 5350 which has a I052 error. (Print Head is incorrect)

I have tried all the "fixes" I could find on the internet. 

Do I have to scrap the printer or does anyone have a potential solution??

my printer isn't printing the full image

so, my "pixma mg2522"(??) is only taking up a small section of the page. it's really hard to explain, but i can't get the image to take up the full page. heres images for reference. sorry for my bad android phone quality.

the thing is, the image preview always shows a completely different thing. it shows a full sized image. i've tried resizing the image and scaling it before i print it, but it just prints out somethung cut off. here's another image for reference ;

MG3620 Won't Print Label Paper

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to print using full page label paper on my MG3620 and I keep getting the below error message. I know Canon doesn't make label paper so that is why there is no "label paper" setting. But I have tried playing around with the paper type settings to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions on what settings to use? It's just simple matte 8.5" x 11" full page label paper.

 

Support Code : 2101 The paper size in the print settings and the size of the loaded paper do not match. Check the print settings and the loaded paper, then load correct paper. Refer to the manual for details.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. In a bit of time crunch. Thanks!

I just purchased and set up this printer.  I scanned a postcard to my computer as JPEG.  The resulting image has faint diagonal lines over the entire image.  I also tried scanning to PDF and received the same results.  Is there a setting in the printer's scan function that you can suggest to correct this?


G4411 printer - draft option not available

I have a g4411 printer that I just purchased. I bought it because it is Mac compatible. I have a MacBook Pro with Sierra 10.12.6. When I go to print quality options the option for Draft is grayed out. I would like to be able to use it. I do lots of non-critical printing for school classes and would appreciate being able to use less ink. Any suggestions?

The machine (my 3rd Canon by the way -my second was a D6000 dedicated photo printer,that died after 15 years of remarkable service) is about 2 years old--no other complaint,except :
During the normal process of printing (usually multi-page internet articles),without no apparent cause,it "SHRIEKS" for about 1 sec,repeating 1-4 times .The noise gives the impression that a transmission sprocket for some reason meets an obstacle or is out of alignment and overrides another sprocket...maybe.
I feel I have to open the machine to inspect....but do not know HOW.
Since my previous experience with Canon Service Athens Greece is very poor (and lead finally) to let die my beloved Canon Pixma D6000,I would very much appreciate ANY suggestion from people having knowledge or experience on this.

Fellow community members; My canon mg7520 now prints consistently since I installed a new print head! I noticed during a recent printing, for a few pages, that very little ink appeared. I purchased a new print head on Amazon, came from China of course, $36, and installed it yesterday. Once installed, it called for 5 of the 6 cartriges to be replaced over a period of about 20 minutes while I was going through 3 cycles of maintenance. I used a lot of ink, but it required a lot to start printing the colors properly. I printed out 2 more cycles this morning and the printer is getting very close to the correct colors. The main thing, it now prints!!! I've printed a least 100 pages and no problems. So, the B203 code is at least referring to the print head but may also refer to some other problems. I hope this helps. After some frustration, with this printer, I did order a canon TS8220 before the new print head arrived, so now I have a back up if this one goes south again.The TS8220 had some of the best reviews

I have a cannon MG3620 it has I would say 30% ink in it. I use my android to print and sometimes my macbook pro. The ink is not coming out anywhere. I ran the proper test in order to clean it. But there is still no ink coming out. Should I order new ink to check if the cartridges have just dried out? And see from there? As we all know they are not cheap but I heard using the replacement ones do not work either. Help!!! Thank you

Can't Print Two-Sided on Pixma MX882

I've had my Pixma MX882 printer for a number of years now. It has served me very well. I'm currently using it with a Macbook on which I am running MacOS Sierra (10.12.6). Everything seems to be working on it except that the two-sided option is disabled (grayed out) and set to "Off" when I bring up the print settings panel. 

 

I've tried a number of things to resolve this issue, and none have worked:

 

I reinstalled the driver (version 16.10.0.0).

I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver.

I changed the "2-sided" setting in the print settings on printer display to "2->2 sided print"

 

It's still not working. I was hoping to get some help from Canon's tech support line, but when I called I found out this printer is no longer supported. So as a last attempt to resolve this I'm putting a shout-out to this forum in hopes that someone will see it and know the answer.

 

I'd appreciate any help anyone can give me!
